One of our company’s main service division is food transportation from Kuala Lumpur and Selangor to other states in Malaysia.

Good news! We have been providing food transportation services for over 20 years mostly to long term customers such as food chain manufacturers, vegetables and fruits farms and poultry foods, flowers, seafood, meats and frozen food products suppliers and other food related business.

Some important factors to note during food transportation:

Food safety by ensure the food transported is not contaminated

Our sea shipper follow international standards food compliance and sanitary and Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), we use technology to protect the food from outside contact by fully covering it with plastic or aluminium foil, using containers with covers (paper, plastic or foil).

As per most FDA rule and regulation, we do check the materials used to cover the food does not contain any harmful content that may leach into the food.

The truck used is safe to transport the food items needs to be thoroughly cleaned before transporting food products and should only be used to transport food items.

Temperature control transport

An important aspect to maintain the freshness and quality of the food and product require temperature control (usually set at 5°C or colder or other required cooling temperature based on the requirements of the food transported).

Do take into account the transportation time as the food storage should remain cool for the entire duration before arrive destination port.

Food products should be securely arranged and refrigerated in the coolest part of the truck and to enable proper air circulation flow (preferably away from the side walls and door of the box truck that may increase the temperature of these items).

How is my food transportation service cost determined?

Your food transportation service cost is calculated based on the pickup and drop-off destination, weight and number of food items that needs to be transported and truck size that is allocated, number of trips required, if any add on services required such as night delivery or Goods in Transit (GIT) insurance that is charged separately.
