How does Success Frozen operate?

Speak to our customer service representative today and send us a request for a FREE Quote or contact us at 016-6613-082 for a FREE site survey (if required) and we will send someone to estimate the size and weight of your items that needs to be transported and then we will issue you a quotation for the services requests.

What happens after I have submitted my enquiry?

Our customer service representative will reply your request within a few working hours to find out more about the refrigerated truck transportation, moving or packing services that you require and arrange for a site visit, (if required). Subsequently, once you have confirmed out service, we will issue you with an invoice attached within 1 or 2 working days.

If I have special request can it be done? ( i.e. express transportation service or night moving services)

We understand that there may be certain unforeseen occasions where you may need our service in a rush – the same day or within short notice. In this case, you can get in touch with our customer service representative at 016-6613-082 or email us at hello@successfrozen.com with your request and we will do our best to fulfil your needs.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

You can cancel or amend your booking up to 7 days before the scheduled move/transportation date for free, subjected to the availability of our workers and lorry. Any cancellation or amendment made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may be subjected to additional cancellation costs.

When should I make payment for the service?

We accept only cash, bank transfers or cheques at the moment for the service. Final payment is to be made by the delivery date.
